At the forefront of GTI’s innovative approach is its Future Leaders Programme (FLP), which leverages existing high-performing schools for teacher training. Led by David Jacobs, GTI harnesses technological prowess to develop the Future Leaders Information Portal (FLiP), enabling real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
